General Policies
-Due to current market and high demand, 204 Cards Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities purchased for selected sealed, singles, and other Trading Card Game products.
-Currently we ship anywhere within Canada, the United States and Internationally. If you live in a remote community, we will do our best to ship our products to you but due to courier limitations, we may not be able to accommodate your order. If we cannot process your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
-204 Cards Ltd will not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects, including but not limited to, damaged cards, printing errors, missing cards from new sealed boxes etc. If you the customer encounters any of these defects you need to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. The manufacturer contact information is usually found on the box
–All Trading Card Singles are shipped by Canada Post Letter Mail, uninsured and with no tracking.
-All polices are subject to change without notice.
Order Confirmation
-After placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order request and we will begin processing it.
-Please allow us 24-48 hours after placing your order for us to prepare and bring it to the courier before contacting us on when it’s going to be shipped. If we need any additional information or there are any changes with your order, we will contact you directly.
-Important! An order confirmation email is not going to include your shipping or tracking information, do not use it as a confirmation that the order is shipped. You will receive that email separately.
Shipping Confirmation
-After checkout and placing your order with 204 Cards Ltd, you will receive an email from info@204cards.ca confirming that your order has been shipped, which courier. invoice, tracking number, and details about your package.
-If 204 Cards Ltd is unable to fulfill your order since our courier service does not deliver to your area, we will contact you by email.
-All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
-All sales taxes are calculated based on the Province, Territory or State that you reside in.
-All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
-204 Cards Ltd is not responsible for an missing packages, please refer to the Lost Package Policy to find out more information.
-Additional shipping charges may be incurred for remote locations or for extra large shipping boxes. You will be contacted to arrange payment or given the opportunity to cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping within Canada
-Orders over $225 Canadian (before taxes) will be eligible for free shipping option if the mailing address is within an accessible address determined by Canada Post or the courier company. This is open to Canadian residents only
– All Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx Ground.
-Please allow 2-10 business days for items to arrive, as shipping times vary.
Shipping to the United States Of America
-We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or other fees incurred after the initial transaction has processed.
International Shipping
-International orders my take 7-15 business days to arrive due to customs and any other processing that can take place.

-There is currently no free shipping on International orders.
Canceling Orders
-Orders must be cancelled before you receive your shipping confirmation email by contacting us by email at info@204cards.ca.
-Cancelled orders will be refunded to the account/card used and a 10% restocking fee may be applied to the overall value of your order.
Pre-Orders
-204 Cards Ltd currently does not have an option for Pre-Orders of product.
Damaged Package
-If you receive your package and it is damaged, please email us at info@204cards.ca as soon as possible and provide a picture. We will instruct you on what the next step is in the return process.
Lost Package Policy
-204 Cards Ltd is not responsible for the loss of your package.
-For lost packages refer to the courier you selected at checkout and/or on your bill/invoice and contact them for further steps and information on your package. Please also email us at info@204cards.ca so that we may document the incident for our files.
Refund Policy
-We unfortunately do not accept returns on Trading Card Game Single products, Trading Card Game Sealed products , and or Sports Cards.
